First time out with my new Edge Extenders, I lost one of the end caps. I know its just a cosmetic piece, but it throws off my chi. I placed a call to R2 Manufacturing and Customer Service sent out a pair of caps for free - no questions asked. Great product - great customer service. Don't hesitate to buy from this company.
I have not received my order and I have not received a tracking number. I emailed R2 today (14 days after my payment for the order went through). I am in Canada and requested shipment by USPS so there may be issues with the border. But still, no tracking information so no way for me to find out where my order is at.

, but after doing some research it appears R2 was the way to go. So I ordered them on a Thursday evening, and received on Monday. I live in in western mountains of Maine and had an expected 20" of wet heavy snow coming on Wednesday. So perfect timing to receive. With my gravel driveway half thawed it would have been a mess, but after installation of the edge tamers the storm arrives the next day. Well the quality build and performance was way above my expectations... These are a life saver for early or late snowfall when frost has diminished. These are top notch must have for snow removal. Can't be more pleased with performance. Thanks for truly building a quality American product.
They worked great to clean out the feed lot no gouding the dirt would recommend them
